Getting started at LaFay Family Chiropractic is easy. We aim to make your first visit relaxing and informative, so you feel at home from the moment you step through our doors.

Before Your First Appointment
We ask that you complete our online patient intake forms at your convenience and bring them to your appointment to allow the doctor to review your health history and concerns thoroughly beforehand. We suggest wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that doesn’t restrict your movements.
There is no need to bring anything else!
On Your First Visit
During this 30-45-minute appointment, you’ll meet one-on-one with your doctor to discuss your health goals and challenges. You’ll receive a physical exam, posture assessment, test your range of motion, and potentially take X-rays to get a clear picture of your condition.
The doctors reviews your test results thoroughly to create a custom care plan based on your unique needs.
Returning for Your Second Visit
Plan for the visit to last about 10-15 minutes. After your doctor reviews any X-rays with you and answers any remaining questions, you’ll receive your first adjustment. Many patients experience relief right away!
From there, your customized care plan keeps you feeling your best with regular adjustments as needed.
